1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Schwenky.com (“Site”) and any copywriting or related services (“Services”) provided by Schwenky Copywriting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Work

All work is custom and created based on the information provided by the client. Accuracy of that information is the client’s responsibility. Deliverables will match the project scope agreed upon at the time of purchase or through written communication.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment processing is handled through Shopify’s secure system, and we do not store credit card details.

4. Revisions

Each project includes free revisions as stated in the service description. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery of the draft unless otherwise specified. Requests outside that window may require a new order.

5. Refunds

Because all work is made-to-order, no refunds are provided once writing has begun. Please review project details carefully before ordering.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide clear direction and timely feedback

  • Supply accurate information needed for the project

  • Avoid submitting material that infringes on another party’s rights

Failure to provide requested information or feedback within 14 days may result in project closure without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

After full payment, you own the final copy and may use it freely. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential portions of completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Any private or sensitive business information shared during the project will remain confidential and will not be disclosed or reused outside the scope of your project.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or opportunities arising from the use of our Services. All content provided is intended for marketing and informational purposes and should be reviewed by the client for compliance with applicable laws or regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
