Refund policy

All copywriting services offered through Schwenky are custom and made-to-order. Because each project is created specifically for the client, all sales are final and no refunds are offered once work has begun.

If you’re not satisfied with the initial draft, you’ll have access to complimentary revisions. These revisions are designed to fine-tune tone, messaging, or structure based on your feedback and keep the project aligned with your goals.

Once a project is completed and approved, no further edits or refunds can be issued.
